About the Position

As a Case Officer, you will work with planning and follow-up of cases, investigating, reviewing and processing cases, as well as handling mail/receiving visitors. The work takes place on-site at the client's location in Gävle, and the working hours are during the day.

In your role as a Case Officer, your main tasks will include:

  • Investigating, reviewing, documenting, and processing cases, as well as planning and following up.
  • Analyzing and evaluating tasks, and preparing decision-making materials.
  • Investigating/reviewing and making decisions on simpler cases.
  • Handling mail/packages and receiving visitors.

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment starting as soon as possible for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

About You

We are looking for someone with relevant education and at least 4 years of work experience in a similar role, knowledge of MS Office, and basic knowledge of case management systems. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

  • The case management system Servicenow.
  • Invoice management.

Furthermore, we see that you are driven, independent, communicative, and analytical. You work well both independently and in a team.

Important for the Position:

  • Relevant education and at least 4 years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fluent communication in Swedish, both spoken and written.
